1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
  
  
• A booking is considered confirmed only after a confirmation call, message, or email from our team.
  
  
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability.
  
  

2. Pricing and Payments

• All fares are based on the type of vehicle, distance, time, and current market conditions.
  
  
• Extra charges may apply for waiting time, additional kilometers, night travel, tolls, and parking fees.
  
  
• Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or other methods approved by Sara Cabs Bangalore.
  
  
• Advance payment may be required for outstation or long-distance bookings.
  
  

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund (if applicable).
  
  
• Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  
  
• No-show or last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
  
  

4. Responsibilities of the Customer

• Customers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and avoiding any damage to the vehicle.
  
  
• The safety of belongings inside the cab is the responsibility of the customer. Sara Cabs is not liable for lost or misplaced items.
  
  
• Any misconduct, misbehavior, or unlawful activity during the trip will lead to immediate termination of the ride without a refund.
  
  

5. Responsibilities of Sara Cabs Bangalore

• We strive to provide safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles with professional drivers.
  
  
• In case of delays due to traffic or other unforeseen conditions, we will inform the customer as early as possible.
  
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., traffic jams, natural disasters, strikes).
  
  

6. Vehicle Use Policy

• Vehicles provided are strictly for travel and must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  
  
• Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

Sara Cabs Bangalore will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
  
• Delays, missed flights/trains/buses due to traffic or unexpected issues.
  
  
• Loss or damage to personal property during the trip.
  
  

8. Changes to Terms

Sara Cabs Bangalore reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
